Job Description

About This Role

To development technical capabilities of field operatives, to manage and maintain all training assets and facilities, within country coverage

Main Responsibilities

  • To develop annual training plan for field operatives in coordination with branch operation
  • To perform technical training for field operatives in face to face session and/or online training
  • In coordination with POSC to record training activities in LMS
  • To coordinate with technical expert and external training organization to conduct special training and certification for field operatives
  • To coordinate with APAC and Global FOD for training and technology update
  • To manage and maintain training assets and facilities, and to plan annual expenditure for asset investment to support field operative development
  • To perform site service support for field operative if any site escalation case which require higher level technical capability
  • To coordinate with all internal stakeholders for the successful of delivering the customer order.
  • To complete and provide proper electronic documentation utilizing the established company digital tools required (if applicable)
  • To participate in development program to improve both hard skils and soft skills
  • To complete reports and other required and appropriate documents in a professional, accurate, neat and legible manner and submit same in a timely manner and in accordance with established guidelines.
  • To comply all established safety rules and procedures, including those established by the customer
  • To be fully aware of and comply with current responsibilities and requirements of the relevant OHS Acts Regulations and applicable Health and Safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
  • Report all hazards, incidents and injuries in accordance with legislation and company reporting procedures;
  • To participate in programs and assessments to improve health and safety in the workplace.
  • To execute all functions in line with the applicable delegation of authority
  • To perform other duties as assigned
  • Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Diploma III or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Minimum 3 (three) years hands on experience in Electric Overhead Cranes
  • Fully equipped with SHEQ knowledge and understanding of its legislation Minimum Basic computer literacy on Microsoft Office
  • English Language Skills
