Employee Share Savings Plan 

Konecranes offers an Employee Share Savings Plan (ESSP) opening the opportunity for its employees to participate in the company’s success also as shareholders. The ESSP is a voluntary share purchase plan that has been available since 2012. Participation is made easy. Those who join can save a monthly sum of up to 5 percent of their gross salary, which then the company uses to buy Konecranes shares from the market, on behalf of the participants. If partakers are still in possession of these shares after an approximate three-year-long holding period, they will receive matching shares.

At Konecranes, performance management is a continuous process. All employees have the right for regular TPP discussions (Trust People Performance) with their managers. For many employees this is linked to our  incentive and target-setting scheme designed to reward employees based on company or personal achievements, or a combination of both, allowing them to share in the mutual success and results.
