The role of a salesperson
At Konecranes, our sales team is dedicated to transforming customer needs into tangible projects. But what does a typical sales role involve?
As a salesperson, you'll be at the forefront of customer interactions, ensuring their crane and material handling solution needs are met. This role goes beyond maintaining relationships with existing clients; it also involves identifying and reaching out to potential new customers, often leveraging tips from our technicians. You'll visit customer sites, collaborate with technicians, service managers, designers, and project teams to discuss project implementation. A successful salesperson at Konecranes builds long-term relationships, consults and guides customers through our diverse solutions, and ensures every project meets customer specifications.
