職缺說明

Perform field service jobs as assigned and ensure that job execution results in customer satisfaction as well as in compliance with all safety standards.

執行維修相關工作同時確保工作執行成果符合客戶需求並符合安全標準。

Key responsibilities/工作職責:

  • Perform field service jobs as assigned and ensure that job execution results in customer satisfaction as well as in compliance with all safety standards;

         執行維修相關工作並且確保工作執行成果符合客戶需求也符合安全標準;

  • Perform assigned field service jobs in a timely manner and complete documentation for submission to Service Engineer;

         如期完成維修工作並將完成的相關書面文件呈交給客服工程師;

  • Maintain allocated service tools and all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance to required EHS standards and company policies;

         確保維修工具及所有的個人安全防護裝備皆符合EHS要求標準及公司政策;

  • Maintain the upkeep of service facilities and service vehicles according to 5S standards;

         根據5S標準來維護客服的所有設備及車輛;

  • Comply and ensure the Service department activities procedures are implemented and recorded in accordance as mentioned in our QMS;

         遵從並確保客服部的所有活動流程皆依據QMS之規定執行並記錄;

  • Awareness of ISO14001 &45001 standards.

         瞭解ISO14001 &45001標準。

  • Complete any other duties as directed by the superior;

         遵守其他主管交辦事項;


應徵資格

  • At least a High School diploma;

         高中職以上畢業;

  • Understand the basic Product Knowledge;

          懂得基本的產品知識;

  • Have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;

         會基本的文書處理;

  • Apply expertise & technology;

         專業知識與技能運用;

  • Good communication skills;

         有較好的溝通技巧;

  • Adhere to principles & values;

        堅持原則和價值觀;

  • Deliver results & meet customer expectations;

         實現成果且滿足客戶要求;

  • Follow instructions and procedure.

         遵循指導及常規程序。
