Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join our team in Canning Vale.

About the role

  • Organising and maintaining Field Technician induction & training registers.
  • Maintaining customer's portals including monitoring induction requirements, uploading HSE insurance certificates.
  • Raising purchase requisitions for job-related expenses and following up on orders.
  • Coordinating goods receiving processes to ensure accuracy.
  • Processing expense reimbursements in a timely manner.
  • Setting up and maintaining customer master data with accuracy and consistency.
  • Support month-end closing activities.
  • Provide support and assistance to the Lead Administrator.
  • General branch administration support and tasks as required.

Qualifications

Administration qualifications, skills and experience, min 2 years

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Organised and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads
  • Use initiative and attention to detail to find the best possible solution or process

  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Can do attitude.
