We are seeking a mid-level QA Analyst with hands-on experience in software testing. This role is centred on high-quality manual testing, with an emphasis on owning test activities across features and releases. We offer hybrid working, but you will be expected to attend the Doncaster office at least twice per week.

Key Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end testing for features, from requirement analysis through to release
* Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases and test scenarios
* Perform exploratory, regression, integration, testing with minimal supervision
* Support UAT testing alongside Business Analysts
* Identify, prioritize, and clearly document defects, ensuring effective communication with developers
* Actively participate in sprint ceremonies, providing QA input during planning and refinement
* Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and define acceptance criteria
* Validate bug fixes and ensure high-quality releases through thorough regression coverage
* Contribute to improving QA processes, standards, and documentation
* Support and gradually contribute to test automation efforts, particularly with Playwright where applicable
* Collaborate and Support other QA team members where needed
Required Skills & Experience
* 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on manual testing
* Solid understanding of QA principles, methodologies, and testing types
* Proven ability to independently plan and execute testing activities for features or releases
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
* Strong experience writing clear, structured test cases and detailed bug reports
* Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., DevOps, Jira)
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Desirable Skills
* Practical experience with Playwright
* Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman or similar tools)
* Basic programming/scripting skills
* Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how testing fits into them
* Experience contributing to or maintaining automated test suites
