Konecranes and Demag are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to support our Smithfield team with after-service sales and customer consultations.
You'll:
Analyse service reports and identify customer needs
Prepare quotes for parts, labour, and services
Manage a high-volume sales pipeline using CRM tools
Identify upsell opportunities or suggest upgrades
Build strong internal relationships to support branch operations
Always champion safety, quality, and environmental standards
- 1–2 years’ B2B sales experience
Have strong interest or background in mechanical/electrical trades (a bonus!)
Proficient with CRM and MS Office
Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
Be organised, proactive, and a team player
