At Konecranes & Demag, we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Specialist to help grow our Industrial Equipment business across a defined territory. What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for our industrial crane and lifting equipment portfolio.
You will:
- Develop and grow new business opportunities across your territory
- Build strong relationships with industrial customers and key stakeholders
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation through to close
- Prepare compelling quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and solution presentations
- Collaborate with Service Sales teams to uncover additional opportunities
- Work closely with Project Engineers, Branch teams, and Production to ensure smooth project handovers
- Maintain accurate sales activity and forecasting within CRM systems
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms professionally and effectively
- Stay ahead of market opportunities and customer needs

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Solution Sales or Business Development
- Current and valid driver licence
- Strong CRM and computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Desirable:
- Experience or interest in lifting equipment or industrial applications
- Knowledge of overhead cranes, hoists, or Australian Standards
- Exposure to technical or engineering-based sales environments
