Field Service Technician

We are looking for a Field Service Technician who will be in charge of performing routine and extraordinary maintenance activities on our customers’ facilities to ensure the best functionality and operating conditions.

Responsibilities:
· repair, maintenance and service of our customers fleet: Rubber Tyred Gantry, Mobile Harbour Cranes and Reach Stackers
· service inspection and maintenance contracts
· refurbishment and modernization projects
· installation
· testing and certification

The following skills are required of the applicant:
· Autonomy with electromechanical, hydraulic and electronic skills
· Appreciated experience on main port equipment like Mobile Harbour Cranes, Rubber Tyred Gantry and Reach Stackers
· Good grasp of the English language (verbal and written)
· Strong interpersonal skills as there is extensive customer contact
· It is expected that you will be safety conscious
· You must be physically fit and able to work at heights
· Willingness to work extra hours during the week and at weekends
· Hold a valid driving licence
· Residence North West Italy/Liguria is preferred.
