TBA Group produces market leading, large-scale, distribution and supply chain software products used by customers worldwide and is aiming for further substantial growth over the next 5 years. We are looking to recruit a Business Analyst on a permanent basis in Doncaster.
Please note, although we do offer hybrid/flexible working - you will be required to come to the office at least once a week so someone within commuting distance to Doncaster is required.

As a Business Analyst at TBA Doncaster, you will be working on software projects aimed at making complex port operations simple to manage. We believe that simplicity lies at the heart of performance of container and bulk terminals.
The mission of the Business Analyst is to deliver a high value solution to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
In this role you are part of a team that forms the connection between customer and our development teams on a functional and technical level. Here we translate customer requirements into use cases and packages of work for our development teams. Designing and documenting requirement specifications for large scale automated terminals is an important part of your role.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing use cases
- Raising defects
- Producing process flow documents
- Running projects with clients
- Running meetings and conveying outcomes in a simple manner
- Updating customers on progress
- Presenting findings and business updates on progress
- User testing (functionality) systems with new releases – manual test
- Working closely with internal stakeholders i.e. Developers, Project Managers, QA/Testing teams to ensure they have the knowledge to build the software
- During the delivery phase you will be conduct onsite testing of on-site equipment in combination with our software and the training of end-users.
Our Business Analysts also lead or facilitate many of the technical discussions, internally and with customers. In this role you will be a fundamental member of the product roadmap team identifying ways we can help our customers improve their operations.

- The capability to self-learn (given suitable professional training).
- A willingness to travel to execute assignments with our international customers (drivers licence is required).
