REPORTS TO: Accounting Manager
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in all aspects of Month End Closing process
- Financial Reporting - prepare journal entries
- Expense review and analysis
- Account Reconciliations
- Prepare, Analyze and Distribute Ad-Hoc Analysis reports to include:
- Multi-Dimensional Cost Analysis
- Bi-Monthly Open Orders Analysis
- Monthly Customer Profitability Analysis
- Daily Invoicing Reports
- Weekly Rush Reports
- Invoice Ready Service Request Reports
- Assist and/or Conduct Internal Audits
- Support in Accounts Receivable efforts as needed
- Become proficient with OneStream, Siebel and SAP
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
EXPERIENCE: Strong computer skills required (MS Office). - Must be Bilingual
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Excellent administration and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize. Very good interpersonal skills, open minded, eager to learn and self-motivated.
