Their robust training initiatives, particularly with the Consultation Services team, enriched my technical prowess. This career pivot was a leap into a world of new challenges that spurred my professional and personal growth.’’ 

Can you describe the Consultation Services training you've received?  

‘’My training encompassed specialized programs like RailQ and RopeQ, focused on equipment inspections. I've learned to deliver dynamic assessments, contributing to safety and efficiency in lifting processes. Moving forward, I aim to deepen my expertise in rail inspection, embracing cutting-edge technologies.’’ 

What's your supervisory philosophy and mentoring approach?  

‘’I prioritize a balanced supervisory style, combining guidance with empowerment. Fostering a nurturing environment, I mentor technicians to develop confidence and autonomy. My goal is to support their skill enhancement and self-reliance, which ultimately benefits our team's dynamic.’’ 

How do you balance work with personal life and hobbies?  

‘’Konecranes values well-being, and so do I. Balancing my responsibilities with passions like competitive sports and live entertainment keeps me grounded. I cherish the time spent with my partner and pets, maintaining a full life outside work.’’
