Travel Accountant

In 2012, Konecranes established European Financial Shared Service Center in Tallinn, Estonia. The center offers transaction handling services, financial master data maintenance and financial accounting services to Konecranes Group’s companies.

Our Travel Team is looking for a Travel Accountant, who will take care of EMEA region countries. Travel Team is handling Konecranes employee travel and expense reports.

Your main job tasks will be:

• Processing daily employee travel and expense reports in Emburse in compliance with travel policies, business instructions and tax requirements.
• Preparing weekly payment proposals
• Processing travel agency and credit card transactions according to legal and tax requirements and business instructions.
• Resolving discrepancies if any by communicating with business unit’s contact person and with Team Lead or another team member if needed.
• Substituting other team members in case of absence.

What should you bring?

• Education in finance and/or in accounting.
• Minimum 2-years working experience in accounting or any related field.
• Good knowledge and understating of accounting processes.
• Accurate; detail- and deadline-oriented; willingness to learn.
• Ability for problem solving in systematic manner.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English language.
• Good understanding and experience in working with SAP will be a benefit.
