Position Summary: The Training Coordinator is responsible for organizing and administering training programs, ensuring employees complete 40+ hours of training annually. This role supports employee development through LMS administration, compliance tracking, reporting, and collaboration with various departments to coordinate training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the LMS by scheduling classes, registering employees, troubleshooting issues and maintaining accurate records.
• Create Learning Journeys in cooperation with the Training Administration Manager.
• Track and monitor Field Operative training completion progress.
• Develop and update training content using Articulate 360.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding training opportunities and career development resources.
• Ensure compliance with company training policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with management to coordinate employee participation in training programs.
• Support training logistics, including enrollments, materials, and scheduling.
• Prepare training reports and analyze feedback to improve programs.
• Collect training feedback to identify emerging needs.
• Assist with new learning and development initiatives as assigned.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in LMS (SAP SuccessFactors), Microsoft 365, and Articulate 360.
• Analytical skills for tracking training metrics (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in training coordination, LMS administration, or learning & development.
• Experience in corporate, technical, or industrial training environments is a plus.

Other Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Familiarity with compliance training and industry-specific requirements.
