We are looking for a Summer Trainee, Procurement Analyst to join our central Procurement Controlling team in a global environment. As a Procurement Analyst Summer Trainee you will be working with Procurement Controlling team and support them in various daily activities. Your daily responsibilities include for example to contribute in spend taxonomy revision project, enhancing Procurement scope 3 emission calculations or support in execution of selected Procurement relevant processes.

You will work closely with your team members who help you get started and support you in your day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your cooperation skills and network with the best talents of your industry. The job is located in Espoo or Hyvinkää with the possibility to work partly remotely.

What kind of talent are we looking for?

This role is ideal for a Procurement & Supply Chain or Industrial management student who is eager to learn more about Procurement tasks. You are welcome to Konecranes as yourself, but we especially value your good teamwork skills, hard-working attitude, and enthusiasm for developing yourself. Our work environment is highly international, so proficiency in English and the courage to work in an international work environment are important.

What should you bring?

• Academic background in Procurement & Supply Chain or Industrial management
• Understanding of logical thinking, clear communication and eagerness of simplifying complex tasks from your studies or working life
• You know how to use traditional IT-programs e.g. Microsoft Office, Email, SAP, Power BI
• Earlier work experience in similar tasks is seen as a beneficial
