We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Automation Developer to design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that improve business efficiency for Procurement Services. The ideal candidate should have experience with RPA tools like UiPath & Power Automate and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Analysis & Solutioning:
  • Analyse and optimize business processes for automation suitability.
  • Consult stakeholders to propose, design, and deliver tailored automation solutions.
• Automation Delivery:
  • Lead end-to-end automation delivery, ensuring security, compliance, and business value.
  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions based on business requirements in Procurement Functions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and analyse automation opportunities.
• RPA Development:
  • Develop bots using RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate or similar.
  • Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in RPA implementations.
• Mentorship and Documentation:
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior RPA developers and analysts.
  • Document automation solutions, including design specifications, workflows, and test cases.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA with other systems and applications.

• Training and Support:
  • Provide training and support to end-users on automated solutions.
• Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power BI tools, SQL, Python and VBA Macros.

• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards.

The role is based in our office in Chennai – but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working.

To achieve these goals,

• You need to have Bachelor's degree, Engineering , or any related field.
• Minimum 6 years maximum 10 years of relevant experience as an RPA Developer with hands-on expertise in UiPath.
• Proficiency in System integrations, APIs, Power Apps, Power BI tools, SQL, Python and VBA Macros is good to have.
• Understanding of business process automation, workflow analysis, and process mapping.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, OCR technologies, or chatbot development.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• RPA certification (UiPath Certified RPA Developer, etc.).
• Prior experience in process automation for Procurement functions or Supply Chain.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Advanced Excel or VBA
