Service Sales Specialist
Location: Sunshine West, Victoria

Konecranes & Demag is seeking a driven Service Sales Specialist who thrives in customer-facing roles and understands industrial, mechanical, and electrical environments. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and delivering smart service solutions—this is your opportunity to join a global leader.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Selling service solutions including repairs, retrofits, parts, and modernisations
- Scheduling regular client visits to maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Understanding customer operations and offering tailored, fit-for-purpose solutions
- Collaborating with service branches to ensure smooth handover and execution
- Maintaining accurate CRM records to track and achieve sales targets
- Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
Who You Are
- Experienced in sales, ideally within industrial, mechanical, or electrical sectors
- Technically minded—you understand how equipment works
- Comfortable working to targets and engaging directly with customers
- Strong communicator and confident negotiator
- Proficient with CRM systems and reporting tools
- Holder of a valid driver’s licence and willing to travel within your territory
- Engineering background with frontline selling experience to achieve set targets
