Are you a sales professional with a technical mindset?
Konecranes & Demag is seeking a driven Sales Specialist who thrives in customer-facing roles and understands industrial, mechanical, and electrical environments. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and delivering smart service solutions—this is your opportunity to join a global leader.
Based in Canning Vale and reporting to the Sales Manager - Service, you will be;
Selling service solutions including repairs, retrofits, parts, and modernisations
Scheduling regular client visits to maintain a strong sales pipeline
Understanding customer operations and offering tailored, fit-for-purpose solutions
Collaborating with service branches to ensure smooth handover and execution
Maintaining accurate CRM records to track and achieve sales targets
- Min. 2 years experienced in service sales, ideally within industrial, mechanical, or electrical sectors
Be technically minded—you understand how equipment works
Proven ability to work towards goals while actively engaging with customers
Be a strong communicator and confident negotiator
Be proficient with CRM systems and reporting tools
Have a valid driver’s licence and willing to travel within your territory
An Engineering background with frontline selling experience to achieve set targets
