We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that improve business efficiency for Procurement Services. The ideal candidate should have experience with RPA tools like UiPath (Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere), Power Automate and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions based on business requirements in Procurement Functions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and analyze automation opportunities.
- Develop bots using RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar.
- Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions, ensuring optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in RPA implementations.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection best practices in automation development.
- Document automation solutions, including design specifications, workflows, and test cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA with other systems and applications.
- Provide training and support to end-users on automated solutions.
- Power app, Power BI tools, SQL and VBA Macros will be added advantage in daily work
- Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards
The role is based in our office in Chennai – but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working.
To achieve these goals,
- You need to have Bachelor's degree , Engineering , or any related field.
- You need to have minimum 3 years relevant experience as an RPA Developer with hands-on expertise in UiPath.
- Skilled in programming languages such as Python is good to have
- Proficient with SQL databases, APIs, and system integrations.
- Understanding of business process automation, workflow analysis, and process mapping.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues.
- Knowledge of AI/ML, OCR technologies, or chatbot development is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- RPA certification (UiPath Certified RPA Developer, etc.).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Prior experience in process automation for Procurement functions or Supply Chain.
