Job Description

In 2012, Konecranes established European Financial Shared Service Center in Tallinn, Estonia. The center offers transaction handling services, financial master data maintenance and financial accounting services to Konecranes Group’s companies.

We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team.

Your main daily tasks would be: 

  • Preparing and maintaining office documents related to the company’s operations, including contracts, correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.
  • Ensuring overall office welfare, including ordering and inventorying office supplies, equipment and furniture; arranging necessary maintenance.  
  • Assisting personnel with tools, documents, facilitation of guests, and being the first point of contact for office topics. 
  • Supporting employees with technical issues, including the preparation and maintenance of computer workstations. 
  • Assisting activities regarding monthly invoicing, e.g., filling and splitting invoices. 
  • Organizing company events and leading office-related projects. 

Qualifications

  • Previous office management experience. 
  • Strong time management and social skills, including verbal and written communication.  
  • Digital intelligence and interest in working with different systems and tools, strong knowledge of Office 365. 
  • Attentiveness, initiative, and self-driven mindset. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team. 
  • Fluency in English and Estonian. 
  • Readiness to work in a multicultural and global team.
