• Assist Dept. manager for paperwork monitoring (warehouse inspection report/PO files management/payment records/customs paper checking., etc);

         协助部门经理进行文件监控(仓库检验报告/订单文件管理/付款记录/海关文件检查等);

• Prepare the shipping documents/certificates required by customs, shipping lines and customers;

         准备海关、航运公司和客户所需的运输文件/证书;

• Keep tracking for imported material, support the customs clearance process;

         跟踪进口物料，支持清关流程;

• Prepare dept. KPI data preparation, report/analyses;

         部门KPI数据准备，报告/分析;

• Complete other duties assigned by supervisor.

         完成主管安排的其他工作。

• Bachelor’s degree, Logistics related major

         本科以上学历，物流相关专业

• Sophomore or the first of master is preferred

          大二或硕士研究生优先

• Good English skills in both oral and written

         良好的英语口语和书面表达能力

• Good computer skills

         良好的计算机技能

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

         优秀的沟通协调能力

• Positive attitude could work under pressure and independently

         积极的工作态度，能在压力下独立工作

• Ability to take ownership and responsibility, team oriented

         具有主人翁精神和责任感、团队合作精神
