Come join our global team as a Global Sales Training Specialist and play a key role in developing world-class sales capabilities across our worldwide network.
In this role, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve our global sales training programs—ensuring that sales teams, agents, resellers, and internal staff are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and follow up on global sales training sessions (onsite and online).
- Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, and eLearning content.
- Manage training schedules, reporting, and analytics within the KLA LMS.
- Deliver product and sales training to internal teams, agents, and distributors.
- Create multi‑level training formats (e.g., 2‑day trainings, 1‑hour virtual sessions, micro‑learning).
- Support the global sales organization with training material and sales arguments.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Training teams to ensure accurate and updated sales content.
Additional Tasks
- Coordinate your own travel and assist international visitors when needed.
- Gather and share product and market insights cross‑functionally.
We are looking for a communicative and pedagogical professional who can confidently translate technical product knowledge into clear customer value. You thrive in an international environment, enjoy presenting to diverse audiences, and can adapt training content to different learning needs. To succeed in this role, you should be structured, self‑driven, and comfortable working cross‑functionally while supporting a global sales organization.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong pedagogical skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with understanding of sales strategy and business‑driven decisions.
- Ability to connect technical product features to customer value and sales arguments.
- Experience in technical sales or related industries is an advantage.
- High proficiency in English (spoken, written, reading); additional languages are a plus.
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and digital training/eLearning tools.
- Willingness to travel globally and work effectively across cultures.
- Structured, flexible, and self‑driven with strong interpersonal skills.
The role requires a regular presence in Markaryd and involves approximately 80 travel days globally per year.
