Business Controller ISE SEA & IE Operation, APAC

ISE SEA Subregion is responsible for the end-to-end profitability of our South East Asia Industrial Service and Industrial Equipment  business in conjunction with our APAC IE operation team which is focus on developing, overseeing, and managing the manufacturing, supply chain and project management activities across the APAC region.

We are seeking a Business Control for the ISE SEA and also support our APAC IE operation team.

Purpose of the role:

• As a key member of the ISE SEA management team, ensure finance related issues are being considered in all decision making
• Close Cooperation with VP ISE SEA and Director, Operation ISE APAC supporting them in decision making with analysis and reporting
• Acting as a line manager for ISE Business Controllers in SEA

Your Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Closely participate in the business development and decision-making process with the business unit management
• Decision making regarding financial matters; provide decision making support to executives
• Responsible for business controlling within the ISE SEA and APAC IE operation including forecasting process, financial analysis, pipeline profitability (end to end profitability), investment follow-up, cash flow, capital management, cost structure, currency hedging process, taxation matters where applicable etc.
• Reporting and analysis development and standardized reporting with an emphasis on the harmonization of reporting practices (including both front lines and supply entities)
• Development of transparent, detailed and predictive product cost analytics
• Ensure efficient Internal controls together with business and financial  controllers
• Participate in risk management (financial and operative risk management)

University degree preferably in Financial or Management Accounting or in Industrial Engineering and Management

• A minimum of eight years of experience in demanding financial management or business controlling roles
• Role requires travel
• Ability to work and influence in a multicultural and diverse environment
• Ability on project financials and project financial follow up and project contractual risks analysis.
• Experience in SAP FICO processes

Reporting line:

You will report directly to the VP Finance, ISE APAC .
