We are currently looking for a Business Support Administrator who is hands on in working with Industrial Equipment Sales Team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting and invoicing requirements.

Reporting Line: General Manager for IE Sales

Location:Alabang

Subordinates: 0 (Zero)

Job Purpose:

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, corrective maintenance, retrofits, crane installation or commissioning. The activities that required by law to be conducted by competent persons would be done by qualified electrician and/or Lifting Machinery Inspectors (LMI)

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Processes Purchase Orders from Customers, including confirmation of NPWP, input of Sales Orders and budget allocations in SAP, completion of documentations and endorsement to Project Engineers, and issue sales contracts to Customers;
  • Issues invoicing requirements, such as downpayment processing, creation of credit/debit note, or other similar documents;
  • Review and reports status of standard metrics, such as monthly rate report, booking lists, sales staff activities, update and reconciliation of SIP and SAP data, and update on billing reports;
  • Check month end closing sales reports including project costs, and ensure warranty provisions are aligned with customer expectation and work scope;
  • Creates Customer Master for CRM and updating of records on forecasting;
  • And any other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time, in relation to the above mentioned
  • Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards

Qualifications

Skills, Knowledge & Competencies

  • MS Applications

  • Problem Solving Skills

Education: Bachelor’s Degree Holder, Engineering graduates preferred

Experience: Minimum of at least 3 years related work experience.
