Accountant

What you can expect

• Online processing of invoices not linked to purchase orders
• Cooperation with the Shared Services Centre (FSSC in Tallinn, Estonia)
• Checking the correctness and accuracy of invoice posting in FSSC
• Processing and control of travel and petty expenses
• Archiving of travel documents and invoices received
• Preparation of statistical and other reports as required by the organisation
• Preparation of documents for audit
• Assets - preparation of documents for physical inventory and checking for completeness
• Operating leases according to CAS and IFRS 16 - recording and checking the system and the actual status
•  Financial accounting representation

What skills and knowledge you should have

• graduated from high school or university with a degree in economics
• at least one year of experience in accounting is an advantage, but not a requirement
•  theoretical knowledge of accounting principles from high school/university
•  interest in the field of accounting, willingness to learn and work on oneself
•  team spirit
• positive attitude, diligence, reliability and attention to detail, positive attitude towards IT technologies
• A2 English language
