Can you describe your journey at Konecranes since you joined in September 2020?
 “At Konecranes, I shifted from standard price lists to a strategic, customer-focused pricing approach. Now, pricing factors in overseas material costs, local sourcing, shipping, and installation, varying by customer location. This change has boosted my expertise and ensures customers receive fair, tailored pricing.”

What makes the work culture at Konecranes supportive and conducive to professional growth?
“Konecranes promotes collaboration and continuous learning, actively supporting growth. Knowledge sharing among all colleagues creates a strong support system. With eLearning, the KC Portal, and mentorship, employees can enhance skills, face new challenges, and advance. This learning culture makes Konecranes ideal for professional development and meaningful impact.”

What has been the most challenging project you have worked on at Konecranes, and how did you overcome those challenges?
 “In 2020, I had an incredible journey building customer trust during the Konecranes and Demag merger. Securing my first PO in December felt like a huge win and landing that major PO in September 2021 was a triumphant milestone I'll never forget. Proud to be part of this amazing team!”
