What led you to your career?

‘’I was inspired by the expertise of an electrician, which motivated me to pursue an education in electrical work. My father, who worked as a welder, was also a significant source of inspiration. He would bring me to his workspace, showing me various industrial equipment, and he'd patiently demonstrate his tasks in a clear, straightforward manner.’’

What do you love the most about your job?

‘’My job combines various skills and allows me to experience different places, cultures, and cutting-edge technology, opening my mind to new knowledge and valuable experiences.’’

How do you overcome challenges?

‘’I see every challenge as a stepping stone and constantly strive to upskill and expand my knowledge. My consistent efforts to improve have demonstrated my capability to handle any task. There is no limit and no expiration time for creating "history and victory". Be proud of yourself and trust in your inner strength.’’

What is the best thing about your colleagues?

‘’My colleagues are supportive, helpful, and always eager to learn and stay updated with the latest technology. They never question my abilities in a male-dominated field, creating a comfortable and empowering work environment.’’
