Job Description

Konecranes Group Treasury is a team of professionals coordinating financial risk-related activities across the Konecranes Group. We manage internal and external funding, financial risks, cash and liquidity, and bank relationships.

We are looking for a Treasury Analyst for a fixed-term position until the end of the year 2026. The starting day would be as soon as possible. The role is hybrid-remote and based in our headquarters in Hyvinkää, Finland.

As our new Treasury Analyst, you’ll be part of a global team and work closely with stakeholders across the business. You’ll support our risk management processes and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic treasury environment.

Together with the team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily Front Office tasks, including foreign exchange activities, cash and liquidity management, and reporting
  • Participating in the monthly intra-group netting cycle
  • Contributing to various treasury-related projects and initiatives
  • Performing analytical work and supporting senior team members with analysis

Qualifications

What should you bring?

  • A master’s or a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
  • Some work experience in the field of finance, experience in Treasury is a plus.
  • Proactive, energetic and persistent attitude.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with people of different nationalities across the organisation.
  • Precise and systematic working style.
  • Accuracy with numbers.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English.

This is a junior-level role, and ideally, we’re looking for someone with a few years of experience in finance or treasury. That said, if you’re a recent graduate with the right attitude and motivation - we’d love to hear from you too.
