Job Description

Our Digital Services team is now looking for a Trainee to join our group of IoT Application Maintenance Support specialists. Digital Services AMS Trainee is someone who will work together to support Konecranes Digital Services, which will enable our end customers to run their operations safely, environmentally friendly and with high productivity, helping them keep our machines running with high uptime and availability. We will train you to be able to take responsibility in making sure our services and operations run smoothly.

Your key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Providing support for our external as well as internal customers on crane and lifting equipment web portals
  • Administration, troubleshooting support cases reported by digital service users
  • Handle incidents, service requests and cases reported in ServiceNow
  • Creation of knowledge articles based on issue troubleshooting
  • Coordination with other application support teams, development teams, business stakeholders and customers
  • Ensure the KPIs like SLA, TAT, Ageing, Quality Audits, Problem management, etc. are met

Konecranes Industrial Internet connects, gathers, analyses, and presents data from Konecranes built equipment and from the global field service IT system. Our Digital solutions include a multitude of web and mobile applications all built on latest software engineering solutions and address the key needs of our customers and businesses.

Qualifications

What you should bring:
To succeed in this position, you are expected to have:

  •  Knowledge about ITIL and ITSM tool(s)
  • Basic understanding of database & queries
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service attitude / Customer centric communication approach
  • Good communication skills (English) – Verbal, Written
  • Good knowledge of computer networking and/or system testing skills
  • Suitable education or degree (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Information Technology)
  • 0-1 Years in relevant field (IT Operations and Support)
  • Willingness to learn
  • Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards
