We are looking for an IT Trainee to join our Architecture, Data Governance and Quality team in Finland. As an IT Trainee in IT Financial systems management, you will be working with the IT system modelling and documentation activities to build management and reporting systems.

You will work closely with your team members who help you get started and support you in your day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your cooperation skills and network with the best talents of information technology industry. The job is located in Finland in Hyvinkää or Espoo with the possibility to work partly remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with controllers, architects, process owners, platform managers, developers and other key stakeholders to analyse existing documentation and ongoing plans.
• Hands on design in financial system and reporting solution modelling using industry standard tools and methodologies. Assist the architects and controllers in any of the other deliverables.
• Learn and apply best practices in enterprise and solution architecture.

This role is ideal for an Information technology or Engineering student who is eager to learn more about financial systems and solutions including architectural modelling tasks. Our work environment is highly international, so proficiency in English and the courage to work in an international work environment are important.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Trainee to join our team of experts working in both financial system and architecture challenges. The key focus would be on designing, implementing and testing financials systems and reporting solutions. In this role, you will support our controllers and architects to ensure alignment with financial management goals and reporting requirements.

What should you bring?

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and guidance from experienced professionals in architecture and while developing your skills in a supportive and innovative environment.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, preferably 2nd-4th year studies.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to details.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in a cross-functional environment.
• Familiarity with widely used system modelling approaches (e.g., C4 model, UML) and enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus.
• IT Financial Management requirements (ITFM) system design.
• Database design and modelling including master data management.
• System design and development by using e.g. SQLite and Python.
• Fluent English is an asset as you will be working in an international team.
• Earlier work experience in similar tasks is seen as a beneficial
