We are looking for a Summer Trainee, CTO Project Manager to join our ISE EMEA CTO Offer Support & Order Execution team in Hämeenlinna. As a CTO Project manager you will be working with other engineering professionals to support the sales of wire rope hoist cranes and chain hoist cranes. You will have a key role in Configured-to-Order crane deliveries from Order to Invoice across especially in Nordic countries. You will work in close collaboration with our ISE Frontline teams, sales & offer support, order engineering, BU supply units and subcontractors. You manage configured industrial crane orders from the sales configurator to the ERP system. You will look after that cranes fulfil sold technical requirements and ensure that delivery performance is kept in terms of punctuality, quality, budget, and great customer experience. You will independently manage crane components and steel manufacturing orders from internal supply units and/or external suppliers and book crane installation services.

You will work closely with your team members who help you get started and support you in your day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your cooperation skills and network with the best talents of your industry. The job is located in Hämeenlinna with the option for partial remote work.

What kind of talent are we looking for?

This role is ideal for a mechanical, electrical or automation engineering student who is eager to learn more about offer engineering tasks. You are welcome to Konecranes as yourself, but we especially value your good teamwork skills, hard-working attitude, and enthusiasm for developing yourself. Our work environment is highly international, so proficiency in English and the courage to work in an international work environment are important.

Requirements:

• Academic background in mechanical, electrical or automation engineering (preferably 2nd-4th year studies)
• Understanding of CAD designing from your studies or working life
• You know how to use traditional IT-programs e.g. Microsoft Office, Email, etc.
• Earlier work experience in similar tasks is seen as a beneficial
