Site Operation Engineer – Vadodara Region  

1. Maintain safety standards at Site as per company policy.
2. Monthly review of Site safety & challenges to be discussed / Highlight.
3. Site Engr. Should follow all the Site operation processes & maintain the documentation part on Team site.  
4. Technical discussion supporting for New Orders by regional sales managers whenever needed.
5. Visit to Site for Site assessment & share the site updates in designated format.
6. Based on site urgency, need to travel on immediate basis as & when required
7. Affiliate performance validation after every 3 months.
8. Handling the site individually with affiliate team so need to take ownership while executing the work.
9. Financial & company target to be adhered without compromise on Safety.
10. Site Visits for critical project for Site assessment whenever required also visit for big size projects.
11. If any issues related with Site execution, Technical then immediately align the Teams call with concern stake holder as well Notification to be raised.
12. Regularly review the NC & shortage material update with manager / Tech support for swift closure
13. Close Track of Snag points within the agreed time frame to get the clearance for raising the Erection invoice.
14. As per site requirement, need to travel another region whenever required.
15. Ensure positive feedback on VOC.
16. HOC data sharing with IS Team and warranty handling team once crane handover to customer.
17. Individual Tools Calibration & Maintaining the same for ISO audits.
18. HOC punctuality - Complete the Crane as per plan / agreed timeline.
19. SAT issue to be taken up with Tech support to avoid repetition in future.
20. ISO Audits & Monitoring all HSE Related Documentation on Team site regularly.
21. Support customer for under warranty cases whenever IS Team is occupied.
22. Genuine Tour reimbursement to be claimed.
23. Handling Export orders execution / supervision.
