Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager with 7–8 years of experience to lead and manage projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring alignment with business goals. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizing Kick off meeting for all assigned new orders with Internal stake Holders for smooth order transfer.
• Preparation and control of schedules/project plans for all assigned orders.
• Conduct regular planning & review meetings to ensure project timelines.
• Single window for all communication with Customer regarding approvals, project schedules and delivery plans.
• Organizing Inspections as required under QAP.
• Coordination with site team for schedules and ensuring project timelines.
• Project milestone update to customer.
• Coordination with design team for the detail engineering.
• Cost management/Budget control.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
• SAP Knowledge required.
• Coordination with commercial team on AR (account receivables)/ABG/PBG.
• Coordination with site team for project closure.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Maintain quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects comply with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standard

Qualification: BE – Mechanical/Electrical.

Job Location : Jejuri.

Experience: 7-8year experience.

Competencies and skills, we expect for this role:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with tools like SAP & MS Project.
• Ability to work with team to achieve goals.
• Target Driven
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
