Specialist, EC Processes is part of a centralised EC Processes, Data Governance and Reporting team in the enabling functions at Konecranes Global HR Shared Services. Specialist is working with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) SuccessFactors and focusing mainly on Employee Central related processes and support. Specialist will work closely with various stakeholders such as global process owners, HR business partners, local HRs and other specialists.
Your key responsibilities
- Develop Employee Central related functionalities and processes (hire to retire) in close collaboration with global process owners, IT and other stakeholders.
- Support relevant stakeholders on employee and organisational master data topics including data validation and mass uploads.
- Support organisational changes projects to ensure correct reflection of changes to HRIS
- Maintain and monitor data quality in HRIS.
- Support system and integration issues.
- Participate in system and process testing.
- Support with appropriate documentation and training relevant stakeholders on HRIS as needed.
- Follow the requirements of the GDPR regulation tasks in daily work.
- Substitute team members if needed.
- Other work-related duties may be assigned by management.
- 7-8 years of experience with SuccessFactors (HRIS) working on advanced Employee Central topics coupled with previous experience in HR (understanding ‘hire to retire’ processes).
- Formal degree in HR (BA) or similar.
- Result driven team player with good execution skills.
- Business and customer-oriented working attitude.
- Accurate; detail- and deadline-oriented - ability to work with strict deadlines.
- Good knowledge and understanding of HR processes.
- Good computer and technical skills and an ability & willingness to learn more.
- Fluent in English, other languages can be a benefit.
- Excellent communication and interaction skills.
