Solution Architect - PLM Development

We are looking for Teamcenter Solution Architect with minimum 15+ years of experience in Teamcenter PLM customization, configuration, development, and solution mapping.

As a PLM Solution Architect, your responsibility includes key role in implementing, customizing, and integrating Teamcenter within our organization. This will help enhance our product lifecycle management processes. You will design and develop Teamcenter solutions and projects, working closely with concept owners, process owners, and the PLM development teams to transform business requirements into effective solutions. Additionally, you will participate in Konecranes' agile practices, collaborating with architects, concept owners, and business stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities:

• Work closely with the PLM Architect to align on overall strategies and solutions.
• Collaborate with the Process Owner, Concept Owner, and Agile teams to define PLM solutions.
• Guide PLM developers in choosing the right technical solutions, ensuring performance and security are always part of the design.
• Coordinate with functional groups to understand requirements and design the future system with all stakeholders.
• Map PLM requirements to the Teamcenter framework and address product and technology limitations.
• Drive development along with development team while incorporating PLM/Teamcenter best practices.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standard

What should you bring?                   

• a Bachelors’ degree or higher in computer science, or equivalent. 
• Extensive knowledge of Teamcenter, its architecture, and data modeling.
• Experience in Teamcenter customization (both client and server) and services (SOA) is essential.
• You should be skilled in configuring and customizing Active Workspace.
•  Knowledge of business processes like Engineering Data Management, BOM Management, Workflow, Change Management, and product configurator is required.
•  You need to be capable of mapping business requirements to PLM/Teamcenter solutions.
• Specifically, you should have experience managing Multi BOM in TC and AWC's latest versions, understand the transition from RAC to AWC, and have knowledge of Multi BOM management in the ETO/CTO world.
•  Experience in designing solutions for ERP and CAD integration (such as SAP, S4/Hana, NX, ACAD, Inventor, Solidworks, and ECAD tools) is important.
• Good problem-solving skills for investigating issues and root cause analysis are necessary.
• You should have strong programming skills and be ready to code if needed.
•  Excellent communication skills are required as you will work in an international environment with diverse teams.
• You have an agile mindset and experience in agile working is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, bitbucket, etc.)
• Good self-organizing skills to work independently on given tasks.
