Job Description

OneKONECRANES (1KC) processes are a part of Konecranes strategy that describe common ways of working; how we at Konecranes develop, sell, manufacture and deliver our services and products. 1KC processes are defined by process owners and implemented in cooperation with the IT organization. We believe that we can benefit considerably from harmonized business processes and IT systems.

To secure the continuation of successful 1KC process implementations and to pursue further improvements in our processes, we seek to hire a RPA Specialist who will focus on ensuring a smooth process and data flow in the Order-to-Invoice and Project Management processes. 

Your key responsibilities: 

  • Monitor and maintain existing automated processes
  • Support RPA process owner in evaluating new process automation requirements
  • Define and document technical solutions for new RPA processes
  • Develop new automation processes with UiPath
  • Test and verify automation results in cooperation with process owner and process key users and once approved, deploy automation to production in agreed schedule
  • Identify technical automation challenges and propose further process improvement opportunities to process owner.

Qualifications

What we expect from you

We are looking for a candidate with an experience in architecting and designing automation solutions using RPA tools and have an ability to understand business processes. To succeed in this role, you should have a technical and strong solution-oriented mindset combined with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

In addition to this, you should have::

  • Have an ability to understand business processes and create process flow diagrams
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Have some experience with programming and developing solutions and/or experience with Robotic Process Automation technologies, preferably UiPath
  • Understand the basics of database technologies and different system interfaces
  • Professional fluency in English, Finnish is an advantage
