Job Position: Regional Sales Manager
Reports to : BU LIFT TRUCKS REGION DIRECTOR - Americas
Canidate must live within 30 Minutes of Major US Airport
Job Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for all sales-related business activities of Konecranes Lift Trucks on your assigned region.
You will establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential distributors and end customers.
Use your market knowledge to secure short and long-term business opportunities.
You will be responsible for business development, including preparing forecasts and managing sales and order reporting routines.
You will also be active in implementing the Lift Trucks growth strategy for our Lift Trucks business and implementing action plans together with distributor network.
You will prepare, train, and educate our distributors frontline regarding our product offering.
You will represent Konecranes in trade shows and conferences.

Job Requirements:
- Highly motivated self-starter equipped with strong business acumen.
- Technical Sales knowledge
- Be able to work across a multitude of cultures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must possess demonstrable experience in customer management, a strong sales orientation, a proven track record of capturing new business or business segments and the capability to develop and implement sustainable business development and operational plans.
- Previous experience in the Lift Truck manufacturing business or similar industries are highly preferred.
- Availability to travel - Located in North America, with proximity to International Airport.
