Process Implementation Specialist/Lead, Finance or Controlling

We are seeking two Process Implementation Specialists/Leads to join our Finance Transformation organization. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to enhance your project management skills and act as a crucial link between business end-users, global process owners, and IT. You will work as a part of a project team either in the finance or control area in global SAP implementation projects and ensure smooth process updates and changes.

The positions are hybrid-remote and based in Hyvinkää or Espoo, Finland. Especially at the beginning of new projects or during their test phase, occasional traveling may be required.

Your key responsibilities

Konecranes is currently undergoing a transformation to SAP S/4. Process Implementation Specialists and Leads will support the S/4 project in areas such as testing, training, and updating the end-user knowledge database. SAP implementations will continue after the S/4 implementation, along with the introduction of new and exciting process opportunities that S/4 will bring us.

• Gather, clarify and document requirements from business to IT.
• Find, test, and document solutions.
• Support and train end-users, create user instructions.
• Drive finance and control development projects as specified by global process owners.

What should you bring?

• Relevant academic degree in economics (accounting).
• Previous experience in different areas of accounting, controlling, or finance process development. Working in a project environment is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language skills e.g. Finnish are an advantage.
• Experience with SAP (especially FiCo modules), Power BI, and Jira is beneficial.
• Strong communication, organizational, and independent working skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and a proactive approach to improving processes.
