The Process Design & Enablement Specialist is part of the Process Excellence & Projects team that focuses on operational excellence, process optimisation and transformation across People & Culture Operations.
This position works closely with a broad range of stakeholders to support the design of People processes and solutions, ensuring they are customer‑focused, compliant and scalable, while balancing global standards with local needs.
Specialist also ensures that new or updated processes are implementation‑ready by defining clear guardrails and leading structured activities for operational enablement - including testing and validation, documentation and support in handover.
Key Tasks:
Process Design Standards & Best Practices Development
- Supporting end‑to‑end People processes design, including current‑state and future‑state flows, roles, decision points, controls and handovers. Ensuring process documentation, guidelines and role instructions are available.
- Support defining and maintaining process and solution guardrails (global standards vs local flexibility) in collaboration with Process Owners.
- Contributing to the development of common process design standards, frameworks, templates and other best practices within People Operations.
Continuous Improvement Delivery Support
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives led by the Process Excellence & Projects team, ensuring proposals support standardization, scalability and employee experience.
Improvement Ideas & Development Backlog Administration (Jira)
- Maintaining and finetuning People Operations development and continuous improvement ideas via Jira (Atlassian) project management tool.
Process-to-System Alignment & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with IT and P&C technology stakeholders to ensure process designs are compatible with system capabilities and help ensure new or changed processes are ready for operational use.
Testing & Validation Coordination
- Coordinating testing and validation activities (e.g. UAT preparation, test scenarios, acceptance criteria), utilizing Jira Atlassian tool.
Other duties
- Provide backup support within the team when required
- Demonstrate safe working practices in line with company procedures
- Perform work related duties as assigned by management
- Follow GDPR requirements in daily tasks.

Education:
- BA and/or vocational training with relevant 5-year experience
Experience and competences
- Practical experience in process or service design and operational enablement - preferably in People & Culture process domain
- Good understanding of LEAN and Agile methodologies
- Technical mindset coupled with good overall understanding of people processes & employee lifecycle services and genuine interest towards process improvement
- Experience working with global standards, local variants, and operating model guardrails in a multinational environment
- Ability to use operational feedback and data to identify improvement opportunities and support prioritisation discussions
- Familiarity with HR infosystems (e.g. SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters)
- Experience supporting testing, validation, and readiness activities, experience with Jira (Atlassian) tool highly beneficial
- Strong facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Analytical and structured working style with attention to detail and scalability
- Able to work fluently in English (written, spoken).
- Excellent communication and interaction skills.
