Job Position: Inside Sales: Process and Analytics Manager

Job Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for analyzing and finding areas of improvement for the inside sales. Ensuring that the inside sales team is following cadence on all sales cases and responding to any needed process adjustments. This position will report to the Director of Inside Sales.
Responsible for:
- Inside Sales Development
- Standardization and execution of Inside Sales On-Boarding and Development Plans (both Sales and Technical Development).
- Inclusive of CRM Standard Practices
- Onboarding of ALL new employees in both PODS and remote locations
- Service Review Excellence (training and quality assurance of)
- Sales Fundamentals
- Crane Fundamentals
- Standardization and execution of Inside Sales On-Boarding and Development Plans (both Sales and Technical Development).
- Workflow
- Process and execution of OQ workload levelling to ensure every OQ is handled, and we maximize all opportunities to generate order growth (increase revenue per head)
- Weekly communications management between IS and Branches
- Issue resolution
- Sales Case Management
- Transferring of sales cases to Service Sales/Account Managers
- Prevent sales cases from being “held onto” – all cases need to move forward
- CRM Quality Excellence (all cases have all required next actions and dates)
- Process and execution of OQ workload levelling to ensure every OQ is handled, and we maximize all opportunities to generate order growth (increase revenue per head)
- Data Analytics and System Responsibilities:
- System upgrade management (CRM, Seibel, SAP) ensuring any system upgrades are seamless with no work interruption to the IS team
- Standardization of the IS monthly reporting
- Continuous improvement based upon analytics and feedback from front line managers
- Analysing data and finding areas where the inside sales team will be able to improve on process.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business is preferred but equivalent experience will be accepted.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a manager, however, equivalent experience, education, and training will be considered. Must have demonstrated a strong understanding of Inside Sales Process and lea leadership.
Other Requirements: Must be willing to travel 25% of the time.
