We’re looking for a Platform Owner, Development Services to take end‑to‑end ownership of our Project and Portfolio Management tools. In this role, you’ll make sure the platform runs reliably, securely, and supports the business today and in the future. You’ll work closely with Service Management Office, IT Operations, vendors, Platform teams and Konecranes Business Units.

Your key responsibilities

• Maintain the long-term product vision and strategy of Project and portfolio Management tools.
• Maintain a product roadmap aligned with portfolio governance, business priorities, and enterprise digital strategy.
• Plan, design, and execute tool upgrades and release plans. Ensure technical integrity and alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Platform development and maintenance.
• Quality approval for feature release & deployment process​.
• Non-feature related road-mapping: ramp down of services, version upgrades, patches​, audit management.
• Maintain Platform documentation (e.g. IT service catalog, Configuration Management Database)​.
• License management, compliance and optimization.
• Coordinate with vendor teams for support and roadmap execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business to ensure tool alignment.

What you should bring

• A degree in computer science or a related field
• Experience as a Product Owner, Platform Owner, or in a similar role ensuring effective IT governance, contract management, and privacy and security compliance
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate)
• Understanding of end-to-end project management processes (intake, planning, execution, resource management, financials, reporting)
• Familiarity with integration concepts
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum product development
• Good knowledge on maintenance practices
• Organized and systematic way of working, with a strong sense of ownership and follow‑through
• Confidence collaborating with multiple stakeholders and external vendors
• Readiness for occasional business travel
