Main tasks are:
- executing recruitments, managing onboarding and offboarding of employees;
- maintaining employee records so that information is accurate and secure (collecting compiling, filing, archiving etc);
- supporting payroll activities by preparing info, documents and transactions;
- administering work/living permit related documentation for our international team;
- administering info and activities related to employee benefits and well-being (work anniversaries, health checks, activity compensation etc) in collaboration with Office Manager;
- providing advice and support within own field of expertise to managers and employees;
- interpreting and implementing P&C related policies and corresponding processes, sharing information about them and making proposals for improvements;
- working cross-functionally with other teams, and acting as a project manager in special cases;
- lead and oversee the execution of training and development programs.
- Previous work experience in people processes, incl. administration and talent acquisition. Relevant education in the field is preferred;
- knowledge of Estonian labour and migration legislation;
- excellent verbal and written communication, and team-work skills;
- planning skills for work with deadlines with task-focused attitude and prioritizing skills for handling different topics towards solution;
- positive attitude towards challenges, excellent problem-solving skills with solution oriented and supportive mindset;
- strong attention-to-detail for data administration accuracy and ensuring legal compliance throughout work processes;
- fluency in Estonian and English;
- strong IT skills for using different applications and working in Office 365 environment.
