Job Description

We are looking for a Manager HR, Knowledge Center, India to our Knowledge Center Team. You will be supporting the optimization and improvement of HR Process with a truly global network of colleagues from different countries. Your role will combine hands on Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering, Stakeholder Communication and Employee Engagement. Your future immediate team will be very supportive, focusing on developing and implementing solutions, lean methodologies to improve processes, workflows and ways of working.

Your key responsibilities

1.    Talent Acquisition 

•    This role involves governing the recruitment process, establishing best practices, and managing the overall effectiveness of the recruitment team, while ensuring that the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent.
•    Address challenges and bottlenecks in the recruitment process, ensuring quick resolutions and minimizing disruption to the hiring cycle
•    Govern the tracking of recruitment data, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and diversity metrics.
•    Ensure the reporting of recruitment performance to senior management and use data to make informed decisions for strategy adjustments.

2.    Onboarding Employee Engagement Activities


•    Design implement orientation programs
•    Improve the onboarding practices based on employee experiences
•    Create and update our employee handbook. Monitor new hire turnover and retention rates
•    Coordinate relocation procedures for outstation candidates
•    Prepare the Employee Engagement Calendar and accordingly drive the initiatives.
•    Support the Organization Development in the creation, communication and ongoing maintenance of their employee engagement activities to continually drive positive employee experiences.
•    Gather, analyse and present key employee engagement metrics to help support the delivery of key initiatives and prepare reports for key stakeholders in a timely fashion.
•    Initiate and implement innovative Team building and collaborative initiatives that help improve the Organizational Development Index
•    Ensure employee Connect through various employee engagement activities like Townhalls, skip level meetings, coffee sessions etc.
•    Coordinate for RnR support required
•    Handling Events managing monthly floor activities.
•    Responsible for Employee Engagement, Brand Management, and Event Management. Develop a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy.


3.    Diversity and Inclusion

•    Design company policies that reinforce diversity in the workplace,
•    Train/ Conduct Workshops for hiring managers and HR staff on how to select, manage, evaluate and retain diverse employees.
•    Revise and update all communication on our website, social media pages, job descriptions and internal documents to ensure we use non-discriminatory language
•    Measure and forecast diversity metrics
•    Organize branding and employee engagement activities with respect to Diversity  Inclusion to Ensure compliance with state or country regulations on diversity and equity

4.    Data Analysis  HR Operations

•    SAP SuccessFactors End User Experience in terms of Hire, Exit, Organizational Changes.
•    Compile HR data and metrics from the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll Outputs
•    Manage exit interviews and prepare analytical reports for review by management
•    Support recruiting processes with data and statistics for trends and patterns
•    Prepare reports of data results and present findings to senior leadership 
5.    Support for C&B
•    Support C&B Team by educating the functional manager about job architectures, job evaluation, compensation benchmarking results, market medians and all other relative practices which plays crucial role in retaining and developing the talent
•    Support C&B in periodical salary review cycles, mid-year corrections
•    Support C&B to improve the benefits policies by understanding and informing about the best practices in the industry
       
6.    Talent Management

•    Drive talent management programs as per the global guidelines
•    Conduct periodical awareness sessions for managers w.r.t. performance review processes
•    Support managers to identify the successors and to create the talent pool for future requirements or to mitigate the attrition related risks
•    Support managers during the talent mapping on the performance h potentials matrix
•    Develop various means to improve the usage of competency framework
•    Ensure the performance reviews for all employees within the stipulated timeframe
 
7.    Support for L&D

•    Support central L&D team during the TNI exercise
•    Playing pivotal role to define the annual learning calendar
•    Periodically provide the inputs to Learning team for adding new learning programs based on the business need
•    Support central L&D team in various audits
•    Add value to the business by identifying the important learning programs externally based on the business needs

Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards.


    Qualifications

    Experience: 13+ Years

    What we expect from you:

    • Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 10 years of experience in corporate HR
    • Knowledge of modern trends in HR
    • Experience of working in MNC (preferred from Engineering companies)
    • Strong understanding of TA, C&B, L&D
    • Leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Proven track record in driving HR initiatives and programs
    • Strong  organizational  and  time  management  skills
