Job Description

We are looking for an HRSC Administrator to join us on temporary contract as a maternity leave replacement.

The HRSC Administrator is part of a global team delivering centralised HR Shared Services for internal customers. In our team, we are committed to building strong relationships with stakeholders and customers and providing the best customer experience. As a team, we handle customer queries and transactions in the HR information system with a high level of expertise, accuracy and sense of urgency, we help each other to succeed, we put customers first and consider customer's perspective and needs when driving for better and pursuing continuous development of processes and tools.

We are looking for a person who is motivated to join our team and contribute to the team success and service excellence.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Provide full functional support for the defined service domain: employee lifecycle services, organisational management, and technical consultation (L2 support) to HR information system end-users.
  • Maintain employee data following agreed HR processes (hires, terminations, employment information changes etc) and company’s organisational data.
  • Consult and support internal customers regarding usage of HR information system by responding to customer queries coming via our HR ticketing, calls, and chat tool.
  • Manage incoming service requests in the ServiceNow ticketing system in a professional and timely manner.
  • Contribute to teamwork, share information with team members and maintain internal documentation used by the team.
  • Continuously contribute to process improvement and to developing the offer and service to maximize the value and increase business performance.
  • In close collaboration with domain's Process Specialist(s) and Team Lead, contribute to the key initiatives supporting the implementation of the business development roadmap and strategy.

Qualifications

What should you bring?

  • Work experience of min 1,5 years in a customer service/data entry field environment, preferably in HR Operations.
  • Vocational/higher education, preferably in HR field.
  • Strong technical skills and motivation to work with systems and data.
  • Background from working in international and virtual teams is preferred.
  • Work fluently in English (written, spoken).
  • Previous exposure to information systems like SeviceNow, Jira/Tracker or other IT-ticketing tools.
  • Openness to changes and new learnings.
  • Good problem solving skills and attention to detail.
