External Trainer - IPAF/PASMA & Crane Operator

We are recruiting an External Trainer to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to expansion and growth within our training department, we are looking to recruit an experienced trainer to expand and grow our business within this sector.

The role is based in the Midlands District, but the successful candidate must be willing to travel and stay overnight as and when the work requires it, all over the UK. (accommodation and subsistence will be provided).

This role would ideally suit a qualified IPAF/PASMA Instructor (Crane Operator Training can be provided as we are an OEM crane manufacturer).

You will:

• Deliver training to our customers to the standard required by IPAF/PASMA and other accrediting bodies.
• Maintaining and promoting Health & Safety protocols for all participants during training sessions.
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately and submit it promptly.
• Setting up the training environments both inside and outside as needed in preparation for delegate arrivals.
• Supporting delegates throughout their learning journey.

What we are looking for from you:

• IPAF & PASMA Instructor Licence (Crane Operator will be provided)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Enthusiastic, organised, and self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Commercial acumen
• Must be willing and able to travel (sometimes stay overnight) throughout the UK on an as-and-when basis.
• Full UK Driving Licence
