Your main responsibilities will include:

• Estimating for service repair work within our service branch in Budapest
• Review the Service Technician’s service reports
• Produce quotations for remedial works
• Submit quotations to the customer

What we are looking for in you:

• Experience is required in estimating for service repair work (ideally within the crane or lifting industry, this desirable, but not essential as full training will be given).
• Strong customer contact experience
• Great customer service skills - verbal and written communication
• A good level of administrative experience
• Good IT skills especially in Microsoft Office, including Siebel (desirable, but not essential)
• The ability to focus on meeting weekly performance targets /deadlines.
• A team player with the ability to work in a busy service office.
• Organised, a self-starter and attention to detail.
• Hungarian native or fluent, English good

Education: Technical Degree
