Konecranes is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to drive the excellence of our HR services and internal processes. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for leading our HR activities and acts as a support partner for Country Management and employees. 

You will be part of the Sub Regional HR Team and will report to the Sub Region HR Head. Due to the diversity of business locations  light travel within Philippines is required. We have a factory in Batangas, and service offices in Pampanga, Cebu,Bacolod, Davao and Cagayan de Oro.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to managers and employees in personnel matters, union matters, policies and guidelines, and services delivered. Handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
• Formulate, implement and maintain local HR plan and budget. Implement and maintain human resources policies and processes in line with the global human resource strategy to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Direct a variety of human resource-related activities and initiatives to ensure that the organization's current and future human resource requirements are met and that employees are recruited, managed, organized, trained, evaluated and rewarded in accordance with organization's human resource strategy.
• Build relationships with functional or operational area managers to develop and implement local action plans/points that are appropriate for their business needs, and consistent with the organization's overall human resource strategy.
• Evaluate the organization's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the organization's human resource initiatives and adapt existing current human resource initiatives to meet these needs.
• Provide advice to department managers and bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues.

What should you bring?

• 8+ years of relevant working experience, with minimum 5 years managerial
• experience, preferably in manufacturing environment.
• Experience in handling internal and external stakeholders. 
• Good communicator, meticulous with strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and can work with minimal direction.
• Solid knowledge with local laws and regulations.
