Job Description

Role Description:

  • Responsible for driving business growth through the sale of service agreements, maintenance contracts, for industrial lifting equipment (overhead cranes, hoists, and related systems). The role focuses on developing long-term customer partnerships, ensuring service excellence, and achieving sales targets aligned with the company’s business strategy.

Key Tasks :

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new customers for service agreements and contracts.
  • Promote Konecranes’ value-added services including preventive maintenance, inspections.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with industrial clients across diverse sectors (manufacturing, logistics, energy, automotive, etc.).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for contract negotiations, renewals, and customer inquiries.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their operational needs and aligning Konecranes’ solutions to meet them.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate service proposals and agreements in compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor contract performance, ensuring service delivery aligns with agreed terms.
  • Collaborate with operations and service delivery teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, pricing strategies, and customer needs.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand presence in the region.
  • Work closely with Service, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, customer experience, and contract value.
  • Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards

Additional Information

Skills & Competencies  
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) 
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills 
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills 
• Effective communication and ability to work under deadlines
