Administrator, Compensation & Benefits, you will be part of a centralised team delivering People Operations Shared Services at Konecranes. You will be working as an Administrator with our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) SAP SuccessFactors and especially focusing on Compensation & Benefits processes and support to perform transactions, maintain and update employee data & documentation. You will be delivering customer service to employees, managers and our People & Culture Network on HR system and process inquiries, gather and process data, solve problems, maintain data integrity and provide document support in your process domain.
Your key responsibilities:
- Provide full functional and process support in the Compensation & Benefits domain areas and HRIS (Success Factor) globally within the People Operations Service Center team.
- Support People & Culture Network (HR Colleagues), employees, and managers on inquiries with high customer orientation and service attitude through our ServiceNow ticketing tool in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and monitor data quality in HRIS, coordinate and execute changes and transactions, and facilitate mass data uploads.
- Contribute to process improvement, participate in system/process testing in collaboration with the relevant teams and help develop the offer and service to maximize the value and increase business performance.
- Create performance management and compensation related documents in our Human Resources Information System SAP SuccessFactors.
- In close collaboration with domain's Process Specialist(s) and Team Lead, contribute to the key initiatives supporting the implementation of the business development roadmap and strategy.
- You may also work on some individual projects and/or support peer teams during peak periods.
- Other work-related duties may be assigned by management.
What should you bring?
Excellent collaboration skills are crucial as this role is much about co-operating with our employees, People & Culture Network and team members. Your customer service attitude and approach will help you to handle different HR related support activities.
- Previous experience in HR and Compensation & Benefits processes; Customer Services or Backoffice.
- Previous exposure to information systems like SAP SuccessFactors, SeviceNow, Jira/Tracker or other IT-ticketing tools.
- Result driven team player with good execution skills.
- Business and customer oriented working attitude and excellent communication and interaction skills
- Accurate; detail- and deadline-oriented - ability to work with strict deadlines.
- Strong computer and technical skills, an interest in work with systems and tools, proficiency in Excel, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Goal-orientation and a high degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality is a must.
- Proficiency in English in writing and speaking.
- Education in HR field is an advantage.
