We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures using various welding techniques. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our welding projects.
- Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques to join metal components and structures
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to understand project requirements
- Set up welding equipment, select appropriate materials, and adjust welding parameters for optimal results
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all safety procedures and regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools
- Adapt to the local work environment and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
- Must be a Saudi National
- Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Welder in industrial settings
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Strong knowledge of welding safety procedures and regulations
- Excellent physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Vocational training or certification in welding
- Valid welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME)
- Familiarity with industrial welding standards and practices
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on producing high-quality welds
- Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and ability to maintain a tidy work area
- Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia and adapt to the local work environment
- Effective communication skills in English
